Welcome Parents
Satisfying Careers Rewarding Lives The college search process is often a family affair. I know from first-hand experience that parents look at colleges from a slightly different perspective than do their children. Parents may be more concerned about safety, how we help students move into a career or living conditions, not to mention cost than are their children. That’s why we have created this section of the website. We hope it will answer questions specific to the parents of those students interested in attending La Salle. If it does not, please be sure to email, call or write us with any additional questions you may have. On this page, you will note a “Parents’ Recommendation” link. We solicit your recommendation for your child. It is not a requirement for admission but we have found it very helpful in understanding our applicants. This recommendation has also been instrumental in allowing us to admit students who otherwise may not have been admitted. Take a look at the link and send us your recommendation if you wish to do so. Many have told me that La Salle has a “family feel” to it. If your son or daughter chooses to attend La Salle, you will become part of that family as well.
