The responsibility for class attendance and completion of assignments is the student’s as are any discussion with professors of any illness.
The Student Health Center can provide a written statement upon request confirming the time and date of a student’s appointment at the SHC. Reasons for and outcome of the appointment are private and will not be disclosed.
In the event of serious or prolonged illness or injury requiring hospitalization or extended medical confinement, the Student Health Center will appropriately and confidentially notify the Academic Dean of the absence without disclosure of details.
