This form is for the use of professional educators who have successfully completed credits at La Salle University.
Act 48 requires all certified educators, every five years, to earn six college credits, or six continuing professional education credits, or 180 clock hours, or continuing professional education, or any combination of collegiate studies, continuing professional education courses or learning experiences equivalent to 180 hours. More information concerning Act 48 may be found on the Pennsylvania Department of Education website, www.pde.state.pa.us.
