Throughout this academic year, the La Salle community has been working steadfast on a new, five-year strategic plan for the University. President Allen outlined his vision and strategic priorities during his inaugural address, which was followed by the formation of a Strategic Planning Steering Committee and working groups to develop a series of goals and strategies corresponding to the President’s vision. We held an Open Forum and a follow-up survey last fall for faculty and staff to provide feedback on the strategic pillars and guiding questions undergirding the plan. The draft plan was then reviewed by University leadership (i.e., Executive Cabinet, Deans, Faculty Senate Executive Committee) and the Board of Trustees.
We are now asking for your input and thoughts around the draft strategic plan. You can access the draft strategic plan by clicking on the link below. Additionally, we ask that you use the survey link below to provide your comments on the plan. The survey will remain open until April 27.
In addition to the survey, we will hold separate Open Forums for faculty and staff who are interested in providing in-person commentary on the plan. Sessions will be held on the following days:
Faculty: 4/25 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Dan Rodden Theatre
Staff: 4/25 from 2-3 p.m. in the Dan Rodden Theatre
We thank you in advance for providing us with your comments and look forward to sharing the finalized plan later this summer.
