Career Opportunities

Upon graduation, La Salle’s CSD students are prepared to enter a master’s degree program in speech-language pathology or a clinical doctorate program in audiology. These are the entry level degrees required to join these professions. Students who do not pursue graduate studies can still enter the profession in supporting roles in a wide variety of settings, including:

  • Schools
  • Hospitals
  • Clinics
  • Home health care
  • Nursing homes
  • Private practice

Associate Professor Siobhan M. Conaty, PhD, FCPP, elected as a Fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia on Nov. 15, 2024.

Associate Professor Siobhan Conaty, Ph.D., was honored with induction into The College of Physicians of Philadelphia on Nov. 15, 2024. She was among the 27 inductees that included prominent physicians, experts from public health and academia, and civic leaders.
