Francis Mallon has taught at La Salle University both full- and part-time for over 25 years in the Department of Economics. Prior to joining La Salle he taught various business courses for six years as an adjunct instructor at Widener University, while working full-time in the private sector. There he held positions as Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Finance, Director of Operations, and Division Controller. He has found the practical experience gained in these hands-on positions has enhanced his teaching.
Mr Mallon joined the Economics Department full-time in August 2011 and has taught various undergraduate and graduate courses. He was a member of the committee to form a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies and has recently taught in this program.
