The Institute for Collective Impact in Education at La Salle University endeavors to positively impact the educational outcomes for student in the Philadelphia region, advancing educational equity for all. The institute aligns the community-based endeavors of the Department of Education at La Salle University, fulfilling the Lasallian mission of working together and by association.
The Institute is an initiative of the Education Department and the School of Arts and Sciences. Laura Roy, Ph. D. serves as the Education Department Chair. Greer Richardson, Ph. D. serves as the Founding Director.

The purpose of the Institute is to positively impact the educational outcomes of students in the Philadelphia region, advancing educational equity for all.
Vision
The Institute fosters collaborative partnerships within the university and across the region to collectively impact educational outcomes for students, teachers, schools, and communities by providing, learning experiences that improve student achievement, teacher effectiveness, and education-focused community engagement.
The goals of the institute include–
1. Student Achievement: Increase the number of high-quality in-school and out-of-school educational activities for children. 2. Teacher Effectiveness: Increase the number of professional development opportunities for teachers. 3. Community Engagement: Increase the number of education focused community-centered experiences.
