Prospective students who attend will learn about the on-campus and online graduate programs at La Salle University-wide Graduate Open House. The goal of this event is to draw interest and encourage attendees to apply. The event is an evening focused on prospective adult learners interested in Master’s and Ph.D. programs. The event’s look and feel should be professional and classy, with an approach similar to a cocktail or networking event. There’s a good amount of La Salle branded or colored decorations. Seated dining height tables and tall counter or poseur tables are present around the space. All tables are round to encourage conversation. We’d also have themed place cards that attendees can select from to facilitate conversation before the presentation starts. Décor includes clusters of balloons and centerpieces at each table. Tablecloths will be on all the tables. Lighting options include adding flameless candles (tealight or votive) alongside branded centerpieces. The activities will entail a presentation by an Enrollment Division staff member followed by breakout sessions for the different schools/programs. The areas would be spread across the lobby space and in the auditorium. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the evening. Guests can take from the table and eat at their leisure. The evening would conclude with tours of the St. Benilde, Founders Hall, and Holroyd/Hayman. Attendees can select which of the three they would like to participate in. We’ll also book a shuttle to take those to Holroyd/Hayman and back to Founders after their tour.
