Thrive

Dear Explorers,

From welcoming the largest first-year class in four years to earning national recognition from leading publications, celebrating alumni achievements, and feeling the excitement of our flourishing athletics program and the opening of the John E. Glaser Arena—La Salle is thriving in today’s higher education landscape. But this isn’t just a feeling. The evidence is all around us.

This past fall, I experienced the pride and energy of being an Explorer firsthand at Homecoming. Thousands of alumni and their families gathered with our faculty, staff, students, and Christian Brothers on a crisp autumn day, making it abundantly clear: La Salle is a destination where a rigorous liberal arts education leads to success and fulfillment.

Access to a La Salle education starts early, thanks to pathways and scholarship programs that open doors for high school students, guiding them to two-year associate degrees, four-year bachelor’s degrees, and and highly-marketable and focused graduate degrees. For those seeking to advance their careers, La Salle provides opportunities to take that next step with confidence and support.

This commitment is strengthened by the generosity of our community. Through the Known for Supporting Students initiative, we’re raising scholarship funds to recruit and retain talented students, ensuring that a La Salle education remains accessible to more families. Together, we are making a La Salle degree attainable for the next generation of Explorers. You can learn more and support our students at lasalle.edu/giving.

I am inspired and deeply proud to serve as president of La Salle and to witness the extraordinary impact we continue to make in our communities

Sincerely,

Daniel J. Allen, Ph.D.
