March 10, 2025
For the first time in 16 years in the Atlantic-10 Conference, the men’s and women’s individual titles were both awarded to the same school—La Salle. Gwenno Goode, ’27, (top) and MacCallum Rowe, ’26, (right) each won their respective races decisively. They became the first La Salle duo to complete the individual sweep since 2006.
As a result of their individual titles, both Goode and Rowe were awarded the A-10 Most Outstanding Performer award. Goode won her race by 28 seconds, as Rowe broke away from the pack in the final stretch for his win. Both would continue their dominant racing in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional meet, where they would each receive All-Region honors for placing in the top seven overall, qualifying them for the NCAA National Championship held in Madison, Wis, where each individual raced strong, with Goode finishing in the top 100.
