Ramon Laboy, MSW

My name is Ramon Laboy and I have been working as an adjunct professor with La Salle University for the past two years. Outside of La Salle, I have work as a National Program Manager for Opportunities Industrialization Center of America (OICA). I have spent the better part of the past 16 years providing social work services in a array of roles and settings. My current role with OICA is to provide day-to-day management over the SOAR reentry program in four markets around the country. Prior experiences include Program Director for Back on My Feet (Philadelphia), Member Services Manager for Back on My Feet, and In-home therapist for Valley Youth House (Lehigh & Northampton County, PA). Education includes a BA from Iona College and MSW from Southern Connecticut State University.
