Sarah Barnes, M.S., R.D.N., L.D.N., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Urban Public Health and Nutrition.
Sarah Barnes received her Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University and Master’s degree from the University of Delaware. She has a been a registered dietitian since 2011 and has centered her clinical career around caring for pediatric patients with a wide variety of conditions and health concerns. Her research interests include pediatrics, endocrinology and pancreatic insufficiency.
