Business Scholars Co-Op Program (BSCP) students complete two full-time co-op work experiences as part of their degree, earning a salary, receiving academic credits, and gaining practical experience in their field of study. The Center for Entrepreneurship provides aspiring entrepreneurs and corporate innovators the mentoring, networking, and experiential learning to succeed in their chosen careers. Students learn how to flex their innovative muscles, build leadership skills, explore the business landscape, and take measured risks to achieve their goals. With expertise in research and training, the Center for Sales Excellence is a hub for the development and delivery of a premier sales education in the region. We are the first sales program in Pennsylvania to be recognized by the University Sales Center Alliance, a consortium of sales educators who are dedicated to advancing the sales profession through teaching, research, and outreach. Raheem earned a double major in finance and accounting while also
participating in the Business Scholars Co-Op program, serving as president of La Salle’s chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants, and working full-time at Philadelphia International Airport. He credits the mentorship he received from faculty members with helping him secure his first job after graduating.
A first-generation college student, Marni worked at the Center for Entrepreneurship, interned at organizations, asked for faculty guidance as she networked, joined as many groups and clubs as she could, and learned from each and every experience.
