Accounting is often considered the “language of business,” because it is the core of any business organization. As key business partners in any business organization, accountants are responsible for communicating and interpreting financial information as a basis for strategic decision-making.
Our program provides a highly student-centered approach to the applied use of accounting through experiential learning. The on campus Accounting BSBA can be completed in 4 years, or can be extended for a 5th year to complete the One Year MBA program. Our partnerships with each Big 4 public accounting firms, coupled with our powerful alumni network, allow students to kick-start their careers and put themselves on track for success. Students also complete a co-op experience with firms and organizations in the greater Philadelphia area.

Nearly all organizations in all sectors need accounting information, including manufacturing, service industries, hospitals, non-profits, and governmental agencies. Roles include CPAs, internal auditors, bankers, financial planners, budget specialists, merger and acquisition consultants, and tax planners.
