Walk-through students are May commencement ceremony participants who are not officially graduating. If you are short a certain amount of courses (requirements vary), and will complete your requirements after May commencement, you may participate in the May ceremony. You will not officially graduate (your degree will not be conferred), but your name will be read and will appear in the commencement program. Please check with your Dean’s or Director’s Office concerning the requirements for the Walk-Through application.
However, if you apply to graduate for May or have already received your degree in August or January prior to the May ceremony, you are automatically eligible to participate in the May graduation ceremony. You do not need to make a separate application to participate.
La Salle University holds its annual commencement each May. You will not officially graduate (your degree will not be conferred), but you may participate in the ceremony if you apply to do so.
