Dino Dedić graduated Maxima Cum Laude from La Salle University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with concentration in Finance and minors in Economics and International Studies. He is a CFA charterholder.
Dino works as a Senior Managing Director in the Healthcare group at Guggenheim Securities, focusing on investment banking advisory for the pharma services, pharma technology, and animal health sectors. He joined Guggenheim Securities in 2021 with 15+ years of experience advising clients across M&A, capital structure, equity, debt, and risk management. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Dino was a Managing Director at Barclays in the Global Healthcare Group. Prior to joining healthcare coverage, he led the healthcare effort in the Risk Solutions Group with responsibility for advising corporate clients across investment grade and high yield markets on interest rate derivative and strategic FX hedging transactions. Dino started his investment banking career at the Royal Bank of Scotland where he held various roles with increasing responsibility across corporate finance advisory, bankruptcy restructuring, and debt capital markets.
Dino has maintained active involvement with La Salle since graduation, with leadership roles across Business School Advisory Counsil, Alumni Board of Directors, New York Alumni Club, and various on- and off-campus activities supporting student education and development. He has organized numerous student trips to Wall Street to expose La Salle students to the investment banking industry and is an active student mentor.
Dino lives in New York with his wife Jenna and their two children, Evelyn and Hunter. He is an avid skier, runner and triathlete.
